I provided client support to the HR team ensuring that their needs were clearly articulated to the graphic design team and other contributors. I provided a detailed creative brief to the graphic design and in-house print shop. Additionally, I was the copywriter for all deliverables ensuring the message and tone remained clear and consistent throughout the campaign.
This campaign's objective was to increase usage of digital enrollment vs. paper enrollment and reduce the rate of benefit elections via auto-rollover.
