Role
I was the brains behind the "Our County Connects" theme as well as the idea to give the booth the retro "Miami Vice" treatment which a graphic designer executed beautifully. The County had previously registered the #OurCounty tag, so the #OurCountyConnects was a spinoff of that established hashtag.
In addition to the creative theme, I worked with third-party vendors on booth specifications, procured the photo booth and operator, and co-created the backgrounds for the photobooth. I ensured specialty items were ordered and on hand. Lastly, I developed a schedule to ensure the booth was adequately staffed throughout the event.
I led the project to create an immersive booth experience for attendees of this annual conference which convenes venture capitalists, entrepreneurs and technology innovators from around the world.
