Miami-Dade County 311 Answer Center to operate under new schedule

(MIAMI, March 26, 2014) – Effective Monday, April 7, 2014, the 311 Answer Center will be changing its service hours.

The new hours will be Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center will remain closed on Sundays and County holidays.
